Aetna Calvary Church Master Plan Study

Aetna Calvary Church in Newaygo County, Michigan felt it was in a good position for growth; and they had seen an increase in numbers and ministry activity for a few years. They contacted me to help them create a long-range facilities master plan that would accommodate and respond to this growth and their developing philosophy of ministry. A master plan depicts and considers all elements of a project in both written and graphic form. Rooted in the values and goals of an organization, the plan defines and addresses both present needs and future anticipated needs. It contains the following information:

  • Broad programming of specific facilities
  • Determination of land use
  • Schematic layout of future facilities; both new and remodeled
  • Time schedule for completion of each phase
  • An estimated budget of expected costs
